About the Role
Every day, new businesses sign up for Sepi. Your responsibility is to ensure they don't remain just signups.
You will contact every new business assigned to you, understand how they currently operate, guide them through the parts of Sepi that matter most to them, help them become successful users, and confidently convert them into paying customers.
This is a highly measurable role. Your success will be measured by the number of businesses you activate, how many become paying customers, and the revenue you generate.
What You'll Do
- Contact every newly assigned Sepi signup promptly.
- Understand how each business currently operates.
- Discover the customer’s biggest operational challenges.
- Conduct personalised product demonstrations.
- Guide businesses through successful onboarding and activation.
- Help customers successfully complete their first key workflows in Sepi.
- Follow up consistently until customers achieve success.
- Recommend the most suitable Sepi subscription.
- Confidently ask customers to upgrade when the value has been demonstrated.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain high-quality CRM records.
- Share customer feedback and ideas that help improve Sepi.

Qualifications
We're more interested in your ability and attitude than simply your academic qualifications.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, ICT, Communications or a related field.
- Experience in Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support or Account Management is an advantage.
- Experience working with SaaS products or business software is an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong computer skills and confidence using modern software.

- Availability to work during Kenyan business hours.
