The lodge is situated in Kinigi, in Musanze District in northern Rwanda, on the foothills/slopes of the volcanic mountain range of the Virunga (for example near Mount Sabyinyo).

It’s very close to the entrance/headquarters of Volcanoes National Park (about 10–15 minutes’ drive) which makes it ideal for guests going gorilla-trekking.

The setting offers stunning views of the volcanoes, the forested slopes, misty mountains—a very scenic natural environment.
